Our products are made in a home kitchen and are not produced in a commercial facility.
This is a standard cottage-food disclosure and helps set expectations.
Our baked goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including: wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.
We are not an allergen-free kitchen. We cannot guarantee any product is free of allergens or cross-contact.

Our products are handmade and naturally fermented. Appearance and flavor can vary slightly from batch to batch.
Once delivered, you are responsible for proper storage and handling. Pot & Knot is not responsible for issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pot & Knot is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order.

We ship within these states only:
Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), South Carolina (SC), Louisiana (LA), Alabama (AL)
Orders outside these states may be canceled and refunded.
Orders ship in 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
We ship FedEx Express only.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. You must enter a physical street address.
Please double-check your address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Carrier delays due to weather or service issues are outside our control.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email potandknot@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Curbside pickup is available between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If you are unable to pick up your order during this window, you must contact us in advance to request alternate arrangements.
Orders not picked up within the designated window without prior approval are considered forfeited and are non-refundable. A later pickup date will not be provided, and orders will not be remade or rebaked.
Because our bread is baked fresh specifically for your pickup date, we cannot guarantee its freshness after the scheduled pickup window.
Because we sell food, all sales are final once an order ships.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at potandknot@gmail.com. If your order has not been prepared or shipped, we will do our best to cancel and refund.
Email potandknot@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos (box + product) and your order number. If we confirm an issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
